HRH Premier congratulated by BIPA Director General

Manama, Feb. 8 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Director General of Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) Dr. Raed Mohammed bin Shams on Bahrain’s winning of the presidency of the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS). Dr. bin Shams hailed the achievement of the Kingdom of Bahrain, represented by BIPA, describing it as the dividend of the comprehensive and ambitious vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the renewable and sustainable development approach of HRH the Premier which aims to earn Bahrain an international pioneering status at all levels.
