Speaker hails BIPA achievements

Manama, Feb.9 (BNA): Council of Representatives Speaker Fawziya bint Abdulla Zainal sent a cable of congratulations to Director General of Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) Dr. Raed Mohammed bin Shams on Bahrain’s winning of the presidency of the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS). She hailed the BIPA achievement and paid tribute to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, hailing royal vision aimed to develop the Government’s administrative work. She lauded royal directives to preserve Bahrain’s standing in the global indicators of competitiveness and public administration and enhance the standard of services provided to citizens. The Speaker expressed the support of the Council of Representatives to all national institutions and entities, hailing BIPA Bahraini competent staff and ambitious plans and strategies.
