ACG delivered 2.3 billion cubic metres of gas to SOCAR in 2018, BP Azerbaijan

Baku, February 13, AZERTAC The Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli (ACG) field delivered an average of about 6.4 million cubic metres per day of ACG associated gas to SOCAR (2.3 billion cubic metres in total) in 2018. The gas was primarily delivered to the Sangachal Terminal but also to SOCAR’s Oil Rocks facility, according to BP Azerbaijan. The remainder of the associated gas produced was re-injected for reservoir pressure maintenance.
