HRH Premier receives lawmaker

Manama, Feb. 17 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa stressed the government's keenness on fast-tracking development all over Bahrain and catering for citizens' needs. He was speaking as he received at Gudaibiyah Palace today member of the Representatives Council Dr. Sawsan Mohammed Kamal who extended to him, on behalf of citizens in Manama, thanks for his directives to revamp heritage buildings and historical sites in Manama, including re-building Shaikh Qassim Al Mehza Mosque to preserve its historical and religious role. She also conveyed to him respect of the citizens in her constituency and their sincerest thanks for his efforts to develop regions and reach out to citizens' needs. HRH the Premier asserted the government's keenness on providing citizens with the needed services and boosting their welfare. He also underlined the government's keenness to boost cooperation with the Representatives Council and promote its monitoring and legislative role. Dr. Sawsan extended thanks and respect to HRH the Prime Minister for his continuous support to promoting cooperation between the government and the parliament so as to serve the parliamentary and democratic march and bring about more national achievements.
