National Guard Staff Director attends IDEX

Abu Dhabi, Feb. 18 (BNA): Under the guidance of National Guard Commander, General His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, and at the invitation of Lieutenant General Hamad Mohammad Thani Al Rumaithi, UAE Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, Major-General Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa, National Guard Staff Director, attended The International Defence Exhibition and Conference (IDEX). The conference is held in Abu Dhabi under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE President, and the Supreme Commander of the Union Defence Force. National Guard Staff Director said that the UAE is a leading provider of defence exhibitions as IDEX, the largest tripartite defence exhibition in MENA region. He praised the historical relations between the two countries, expressing his keenness to bolster cooperation in various fields especially the military ones.
