Southern Governor receives Municipal Council Head, members

Manama, Feb. 28 (BNA): Southern Governor Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa received today the Southern Municipal Council Head and members. he welcomed them and reviewed issues pertaining mainly to the main projects and development services which are considered as priorities for the governorate. He stressed the need for joint coordination between the Southern Governorate and the Municipal Council. The Southern Governor hailed the efforts of the municipal councilors in tackling issues and meeting citizens' aspirations. The Southern Municipal Council Head and members commended the efforts of the Southern Governor to optimise services for citizens, stressing that boosting communication will yield numerous development dividends.
