HRH Premier: Government keen to meet citizens' needs

Manama, Mar. 3 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has stressed that the Bahraini people has managed, throughout its long history and civilisational depth, to build an advanced nation, noting that Bahrainis will remain effective in the development and progress march witnessed by their country in various fields. HRH Premier made the statements while receiving, at the Gudaibiya Palace today, senior Royal Family members, with whom he reviewed local issues. HRH the Prime Minister affirmed that the development process will not yield positive results unless security and stability are safeguarded, which, he said, requires adherence to national unity, noting that everyone should place national interests at the top, especially in light of the multiple challenges the region is facing. HRH Premier indicated that the ultimate goal of every effort exerted by state departments is to serve the citizens, adding that the government is keen to ensure that all projects meet the citizens’ needs and ensure social stability for them. The Prime Minister expressed satisfaction with the dedication of Bahrainis at all work and production sites, which, he said, has enabled Bahrain to reach advanced positions and become a role model to be emulated, despite the scarcity of its resources.
