Shura Chairman congratulates Shaikha Hayat Al Khalifa

Manama, Mar. 3 (BNA): Shura Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh sent a cable of congratulations to Shaikha Hayat bint Abdulaziz Al Khalifa, Board member of Bahrain Olympic Committee, Chairperson of OIC Women and Sports Committee, President of Bahrain Table Tennis Federation, marking her election as chairperson of the Women and Sports Committee of the Olympic Council of Asia. The Shura Chairman said winning the chairmanship of an Asian sport committee is another achievement adds to Bahraini women’s accomplishments. It is also an international recognition of the Bahraini women’s competence at the regional and global forums.
