Minister receives MAWHIBA official

Manama, Mar. 10 (BNA): Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Nuaimi received the King Abdulaziz & His Companions Creativity & Giftedness Foundation (MAWHIBA)’s Secretary-general Dr. Saud bin Saeed Al Mathami who was visiting Bahrain to participate in the first International Creativity Conference. The minister highlighted the ministry’s efforts to develop gifted students in various fields through the Gifted Student Care Centre. The meeting reviewed the cooperation especially pertaining to implementation of enhancement programmes aimed to discover talents and to develop their creative energies, emanating from the two countries’ close fraternal ties in all fields, including the education field. Undersecretary for Resources and Services Dr. Mohamed Mubarak Jumaa and other officials attended the meeting. Themed "innovative upbringing of the gifted: roadmap to investment in minds", the conference was organised by the Arabian Gulf University (AGU).
