HRH Premier receives US ambassador

Manama, Mar. 11 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at Gudaibiyah Palace today the US Ambassador to Bahrain Justin Siberell. They discussed ways of boosting bilateral relations of friendship and cooperation in various fields as well as the latest regional and international developments. HRH the Premier lauded strong and growing relations between Bahrain and the USA, stressing the effective role of the USA in supporting allies and friends. He praised common keenness to promote bilateral cooperation for the best interest of both countries and peoples. He underlined solid historical ties binding the two friendly countries and their perpetual growth at all levels. HRH the Prime Minister hailed the key role played by the USA to foster peace, security and stability all over the world, stressing the importance of the USA in influencing international decision-making. He underlined the numerous challenges undergone by the region which require concerted efforts by friendly and allied countries to maintain regional security and stability. The US ambassador conveyed to HRH the Premier the greetings of US President Donald Trump, thanking him for his support and keenness to bolster distinguished relations of friendship and cooperation. He also lauded Bahrain's efforts to foster regional and international peace, security and stability.
