HM King receives Saudi Ambassador, UAE Charge D'Affaires to Turkmenistan

Ashgabat, Mar. 17 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received today at his residence in the Turkmen capital, Ashgabat, Saudi Ambassador to Turkmenistan Khalid bin Faisal Al Sehli and the UAE embassy Charge D'Affaires Abdulaziz Al Hashemi. He welcomed them, lauding deep-rooted historical ties binding Bahrain with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the UAE. He also praised the advanced level of cooperation to serve common interests and aspirations. HM the King expressed utmost appreciation of the stances of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the UAE President Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan in supporting Bahrain and its people. He exchanged cordial talks and reviewed issues of common interest. HM the King lauded the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the UAE in serving joint GCC work, supporting Arab and Islamic issues and promoting regional security and stability. The Saudi ambassador and the UAE embassy Charge D'Affaires extended sincerest thanks and respect to HM the King for his pioneering role and tremendous efforts to foster fraternal relations between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia and the UAE. They lauded the important visit of HM the King to Turkmenistan which will contribute to bolstering bilateral relations, in particular, and the GCC-Turkmen relations, in general.
