Anadolu Agency all set to cover local polls in Turkey

ANKARA Anadolu Agency will cover local elections in Turkey on March 31 and it will broadcast to its subscribers the election data all over the world in 13 languages. The agency has kept the public informed in the fastest and most accurate way in the previous elections and referendums. Previously, Anadolu Agency had made a system and software and announced the election results instantly from the ballot boxes. The agency will cover the upcoming local elections in the same manner. "We have finished preparations with all our workers to convey the truth in the fastest way," Anadolu Agency’s Director General Senol Kazanci said. Kazanci said Anadolu Agency will provide the coverage to its 2,250 subscribers with a special broadcast on the election results. "Turkey will be able to follow the fastest and most accurate results from Anadolu Agency once again," he added. Kazanci said Anadolu Agency has proved to the Turkish and global public that its results matched 100 percent with the results of Supreme Election Council, although it came under technical attacks and became victim of perception operations on election nights. The agency’s election stories will be broadcast in Turkish, English, Arabic, Persian, BHS (Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian), French, Spanish, Russian, Indonesian, Albanian, Macedonian, as well as Kurmanchi and Sorani dialects of Kurdish.
