Abdullah Al-Hussein speaks on SPA's new plans and outlook 2

As regards the Arab media, Abdullah Al-Hussein noted that the Arab
media is not in need of confronting the western media. "On the
contrary, it is in need of enhancing contacts with the western media
for correcting the wrong conceptions about the Arabs," the Director
General added.


He believes that the call of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques,
King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz to promote dialogue is the most
appropriate way of addressing the west and correcting improper images
of the Arabs.

Abdullah Al-Hussein pointed out that SPA has developed its website
to meet the aspirations of its visitors and to enable them benefit
from reports and photographs and other services which are provided
around the clock by the national news agency.


"Saudi Press Agency has exerted efforts to have an access to the
international websites through its website," he said adding that we
are ambitious to offer more services and to project the important
events at the local arena.
