Bahrain, Iraq cooperation explored

Manama, Apr. 11 (BNA): Labour and Social Development Minister and Chairman of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA), Jamil bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, met the Iraqi Charge d’Affaires Mohammed Adnan Mahmoud, to explore ways of boosting technical cooperation pertaining to the labour field. Manama, Apr. 11 (BNA): Labour and Social Development Minister and Chairman of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA), Jamil bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, met the Iraqi Charge d’Affaires Mohammed Adnan Mahmoud, to explore ways of boosting technical cooperation pertaining to the labour field. They discussed areas of shared interest between the two brotherly countries, noting the Kingdom's pioneering projects in regulation of the labour market, its attractiveness to investment, employment, HR development and social welfare provided to all segments of the Bahraini society. The Iraqi diplomat praised the advanced bilateral fraternal ties, lauding Bahrain’s progress and prosperity in all fields, especially in its advanced labour regulations in harmony with international standards, including social security, community welfare and development programmes by the government of Bahrain to the citizens.
