Foreign Minister receives Deputy Special Envoy to the Global Coalition to Defeat Daesh

Manama, Apr. 16 (BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, received in his office at the Ministry’s General Court today, the Deputy Special Envoy to the Global Coalition to Defeat Daesh, William Roebuck. The minister valued the efforts and role of the collation in fighting terrorist organisations and combating their supporters, affirming the pride of the Kingdom of Bahrain in being an active partner and founding member of the collation. He reiterated the keenness and commitment of the Kingdom of Bahrain to work with the coalition to establish security and stability in the region and the world. Deputy Special Envoy to the Global Coalition to Defeat Daesh lauded the Kingdom’s efforts in maintaining international peace and security, highlighting the importance of continuing joint action to combat all terrorist organisations aiming at destabilising the region. He also wished the Kingdom further progress and prosperity.
