Minister visits Sharjah Electricity stand

Manama, Apr.19 (BNA): Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Dr. Abdulhussein Mirza visited the stand of the Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority at the International Sustainable Energy Forum which was held at the Gulf Hotel. The event was held under the patronage of Dr. Mirza. He was welcomed by Eng. Afraa Al Owais and Engineer Mariam Al Zarouni on behalf of the Executive Chairman of the Authority Dr. Rashid Obaid Al Lim. Dr Mirza said he was pleased with the participation of brothers from the United Arab Emirates, who spared no effort to participate in events aimed at exchanging experiences. “We appreciate the Dr. Rashid Al Lim’s prompt response by sending specialists from Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority to enrich the conference platforms with their experiences. Eng. Afrah Al Owais conveyed the greetings of the Chief Executive Officer of Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority to the Minister of Electricity and Water and presented the minister a new book, recently written by Dr. Al Lim in the field of leadership and management entitled: The SEWA Way, which talks about the 15 principles of success that represent a roadmap for success at the organizational and personal levels. Dr. Mirza praised Dr. Al-Lim's efforts in enriching the administrative and organizational fields with his numerous and specialized publications in this field. Dr Mirza had inaugurated the Forum, organized by the Center for Sustainable Energy in cooperation with the Bahrain Society of Engineers and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in the presence of more than 500 participants from witjin and outside Bahrain.
