Putin, Pompeo meeting was held in good atmosphere - foreign intelligence chief

The meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo was held in a good, professional atmosphere, Director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service Sergey Naryshkin told reporters on Wednesday. "Yesterday a rather good meeting took place. <…> It was held in a good atmosphere, good and professional atmosphere. As they say, the parties understand each other and are looking for common grounds and, I am sure, the process will continue," Naryshkin said, recapping the results of the meeting with Pompeo which he also attended.
