HRH Premier congratulated by Labour Minister

Manama, May 17 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Labour and Social Development Minister Jamil bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan on being chosen as an international leader by the World Health Organisation (WHO). The Labour and Social Development Minister hailed the WHO honour, the first of its kind in the organisation’s history, as a recognition of the kingdom’ achievements and success in meeting the sustainable development goals (SDGs), mainly in the health field. He lauded HRH the Premier’s far-sighted and visionary approach in guaranteeing the application of the best health standards to all people in Bahrain. He described the high-profile honour bestowed on HRH the Premier as a reflection of the global echo of HRH the Premier’s contributions to all fields, including mainly the health one. He added the accomplishment is a new achievement added to the kingdom’s record in the prosperous era of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
