HRH Premier congratulated by Housing Minister

Manama, May 17 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has received a cable of congratulations from Housing Minister, Bassim bin Yaqoob Al-Hamar, on being chosen and honoured as a “World Leader” by the World Health Organisation (WHO). The minister extended deepest congratulations to HRH the Prime Minister on the WHO honour, the first of its kind in the organisation’s history, noting that it is in recognition of the Premier’s efforts as a global leader with a prominent role in all fields, particularly those related the humanitarian and health ones. Al-Hamar asserted that the well-deserved prestigious world honouring to be conferred on HRH Premier is the fruitful outcome of his efforts to improve the health sector in the kingdom. It also adds to HRH the Prime Minister’s rich record of regional and global awards granted to him in appreciation of his distinguished status that is widely recognised all over the world, and is a source of pride for all Bahrainis, he added. He wished HRH Premier abundant health and happiness.
