Speaker stresses depth of Bahraini-Kuwaiti relations

Manama, May 20 (BNA): Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Fawzia bint Abdulla Zainal, has affirmed the depth of the distinguished long-standing relations between Bahrain and Kuwait, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the Amir of Kuwait, HH Shaikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. While receiving here today the Editor-in-Chief of the Kuwaiti “Al-Khaleej” newspaper, Ahmed Ismail Bahbahani, in the presence of MP Adel Al-Asoomi, the Speaker lauded the steady growth of bilateral cooperation in various fields, especially the parliamentary one. She also praised the progress boom witnessed by the State of Kuwait in various fields.
