Housing minister hails HH Shaikh Nasser’s initiative

Manama, Jun.1 (BNA): Housing Minister Bassem bin Yacoub Al-Hamer hailed the initiative which was launched by His Majesty’s Representative for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) Chairman His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa to to build 100 playgrounds in neighbourhoods in towns and villages across Bahrain. He commended HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad’s keenness on developing the youth and sports sectors, tap into sports talents and provide all necessary facilities to reveal their potential. He underscored the importance of the initiative to construct one hundred playgrounds which would be easily accessible to Bahraini youngsters countrywide to hone their talents. Al-Hamer stressed the ministry’s keenness on providing open spaces for young people to exercise sports in all housing projects which are under construction, particularly the new residential towns.
