Vietnam Airlines increases flights for holidays

Hanoi (VNA) - Vietnam Airlines plans to increase the frequency of flights from Hanoi and HCM City to several other provinces and cities on the April 30 and May Day holidays.

The national flag carrier will add an additional 38 flights and 25,000 seats per
day on eight routes from Hanoi and HCM City to Da Nang , Nha Trang, Hue ,
Da Lat, and Phu Quoc.

It is also considering increasing the number of flights on 12 air routes from the
country's hubs to Da Nang , Nha Trang, Da Lat, Phu Quoc, Hai Phong, Vinh and Hue
to meet travel demands between June and August.

Additionally, it will offer lower airfare rates of 450,000 VND for the HCM City-Nha
Trang routes, and 500,000 VND for the Hanoi-Da Nang and HCM City-Hue routes. One
way tickets from HCM City to Phu Quoc will be priced at 650,000 VND while the
fare from HCM City to Hai Phong and Vinh and from Hanoi to Can Tho, Nha
Trang and Quy Nhon will be only 900,000 VND. The promotion will last until October
