Yemen receives least aid among developing countries: al-Arhabi says

SANA'A, April 02 (Saba) - Minister of Planning and International
Cooperation Abdul Karim al-Arhabi affirmed on Thursday that Yemen is
one of the least developing countries receiving assistance.

The minister told the weekly 26 September in an interview that
development challenges in Yemen is very large due to the scarcity of
resources and the decline oil prices and production and many changes.

Several issues such as Global food crisis, oil crises ebbing,
climate changes, flood disaster, terrorism, refugees and Saada
rebellion have affected the performance of the five-year plan,
al-Arhabi said.

He affirmed that the government would put all these fact on the
table with the donors in a meeting to be held next week in Sana'a.
