President Obama describes his meetings with leaders of Saudi Arabia and other countries as fruitful

London, April 03, SPA--U.S. President Barack Obama described his
bilateral meetings in London on Thursday with the Custodian of the
Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the leaders
of other countries as fruitful.

In a press conference held after the conclusion of the Economic
Summit of the Group of Twenty, the U.S. President said," On the
sidelines of the summit, I met with my colleagues from Russia, China,
South Korea, Saudi Arabia, India and Great Britain. Discussions have
been very fruitful and valuable. We talked about additional steps to
promote economic recovery and growth, and about the coordination of
efforts on a number of issues such as how to reduce the nuclear
threat through joint action with regard to North Korea and its
missile test and how to fight climate change by improving the
conditions on our planet and creating the foundations of stability in
the future on all these issues. Challenges can not be confronted
without joint efforts."

President Obama added that the leaders of G-20 have taken
enormous steps by committing themselves to reform the regulatory
system, saying "I am proud of what has been achieved and the summit
forms a historic turning-point."
