Iraqi Premier receives Bahraini ambassador

Manama: July 15 (BNA): Iraqi Prime Minister Adil Abdul-Mahdi received Bahrain’s Ambassador in Baghdad Salah Ali Al Malki, who conveyed greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and his wishes to the people of Iraq of further progress and prosperity. The ambassador of expressed Bahrain’s pride in the deep-rooted brotherly relations binding the two countries, stressing the Kingdom’s keenness on enhancing joint ties for the common interests of the two countries. Prime Minister Adil Abdul-Mahdi extended his his greetings to HM the King hailing strong fraternal relations. He also affirmed his country’s keenness on bolstering relations with the Kingdom of Bahrain. He welcomed the ambassador’s resumption of his duties, stressing Iraq’s keenness on protecting its diplomatic missions and embassies.
