Bahrain condemns terrorist blast in Afghanistan

Manama, Aug. 7 (BNA): Bahrain has strongly condemned the terrorist bombing that took place near a police station in Kabul, Afghanistan, resulting in death and injury of a number of people. "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirms the solidarity of the Kingdom of Bahrain with the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan against violence, extremism and terrorism," said the ministry in a statement issued on Wednesday. The ministry expressed its deep condolences to the families of the victims and wishes the injured a speedy recovery. The ministry reiterated the position of Kingdom of Bahrain which rejects all forms of terrorism and calls for concerted international efforts to end it.
