Kingdom of Bahrain welcomes invitation by Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Yemeni Government and all parties in Aden to hold meeting in Saudi

Manama, August.12 (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain welcomes the invitation extended by the brotherly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Yemeni Government and all parties involved in the clashes that broke out in Aden to hold an urgent meeting in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The invitation is an important step towards reaching a peaceful solution as it adopts the approach of dialogue and de-escalation. The Kingdom of Bahrain affirms that this initiative mirrors the pivotal role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, in enhancing security and stability in the region and the brotherly Republic of Yemen in particular, through the Arab Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen, and combatting the Iran-backed Houthi militias and all other terrorist organizations. The invitation also reflects the Saudi clear vision regarding the achievement of a permanent political solution that guarantees the unity and independence of Yemen. The Kingdom of Bahrain reiterates its unwavering support to all efforts and initiatives launched by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the benefit of the region and the world.
