Bangladesh President receives Bahraini Ambassador’s credentials

Dhaka, Aug. 14 (BNA): The President of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Mohammad Abdul Hamid, received the credentials of the Bangkok-Resident Ambassador Ahmed Abdullah Al-Hajri, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The Ambassador conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, as well as their wishes of further progress and prosperity to the People's Republic of Bangladesh and its people. The President of the People's Republic of Bangladesh requested the Ambassador to convey his greetings and wishes to HM the King, HRH Premier and HRH Crown Princed. He also wished the Ambassador success in fulfilling his duties. The two sides highlighted the strong bilateral relations, stressing the importance of further developing cooperation in all fields, especially in the areas of economy and culture.
