Seminar discusses investment in Mekong sub-region
(KPL) A seminar on investment opportunities in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar, held in Hanoi on April 2, introduced six projects awaiting funding in Southeast Asia countries.
According to VNA, the seminar, co-organised by the Vietnam Banking Association (VBA) and the ASEAN Bankers Association discussed prospects of Mekong sub-region countries amid the global economic recession.
The get-together was also a chance for regional banking associations to share experiences and establish investment
cooperation relationships.
