Airline route development between Kyrgyzstan’s Manas Airport and Kazakhstan’s FlyArystan discussed

Bishkek, Oct.4, 2019. /Kabar/. Wednesday, Oct.2 Chairman of the Management Board of Manas International Airport OJSC Murat Primberdiyev met with Paolo Ricciotti, Vice President for Strategic Development and Infrastructure of FlyArystan Airline (Kazakhstan), the press service of the Manas airport reported. As part of the meeting, the sides discussed the possibility of bilateral cooperation and development of new air routes through Manas and Osh international airports. Primberdiyev noted the importance of working out mutually beneficial conditions for long-term cooperation. In turn, Paolo Ricciotti added the company is ready to work out all the issues for further cooperation with Manas International Airpoart OJSC on the route network expansion. Also, a tour around Manas airport was organized for the guest, where he was introduced to the infrastructure of the airport and air cargo center. FlyArystan Airlines is the first low-cost airline in Kazakhstan (Air Astana umbrella brand) established in 2019. The airline operates on the basis of a classic low-cost model. Ticket sales started on Mar. 29, 2019. The airline's fleet consists of 4 Airbus A320 aircraft. The airline flies to the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Taraz, Uralsk, Pavlodar, Shymkent and Karaganda. Opening international flights to Ukraine, Georgia, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan is planned.
