Sustainable energy volunteers honoured

Manama, Dec. 6 (BNA): Sustainable Energy Authority President Dr. Abdulhussein bin Ali Mirza honoured a group of AIESEC volunteers who took part in supporting the awareness programmes and participated in organising the SEA Festical, which was held under the theme “Be Sustainable Energy Ambassador”. Dr. Mirza hailed AIESEC role, stressing the importance of voluntary work for the community and the nation. He commended pioneering youth for contributing to the sector of sustainable energy in Bahrain. He praised His Majesty the King’s royal directines to develop youth competences and engage them in effforts aimed at turning Bahrain into a centre for excellence in the sector of sustainable development in line with the 2030 Bahrain Economic Vision.
