Interior Minister receives US delegation

Manama, Dec.11 (BNA): Interior Minister, General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa has received the American Jewish Committee delegation headed by Director of Government and International Affairs of the panel, Jason Isaacson. The minister welcomed the delegation for the visit that was within the framework of exchanging views. He affirmed the Kingdom’s democratic process led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. He highlighted the strong relations and strategic partnership between Bahrain and the United States to promote regional security and international peace. They discussed bilateral relations and cooperation between the two friendly countries, as well as topics of common interest.
