Bahrain condemns terrorist explosion in Mogadishu

Manama, Dec. 28 (BNA): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain has condemned “the terrorist explosion that took place near a checkpoint in Mogadishu, the Federal Republic of Somalia, which resulted in the death and injury of tens of people.” “The Ministry extends its condolences to the families of the victims and wishes those injured a speedy recovery,” a statement by the Foreign Affairs Ministry said. “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stresses the solidarity of the Kingdom of Bahrain with the Federal Republic of Somalia in its efforts to counter terrorism, and further reiterates the Kingdom’s unequivocal stance in strongly rejecting violence, extremism and terrorism in all its forms,” the statement added.
