Information Minister praises youth, sport achievements

Manama, Dec. 30 (BNA): Information Minister Ali bin Mohammed Al Romaihi praised the unprecedented national youth and sport achievements in regional and international competitions in the golden era of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. He was speaking as he received today national handball team goalkeeper and ministry employee Mohammed Abdul Hussain. He congratulated him and the Bahraini handball community on the outstanding and well-deserved title in the Asian Handball Nations Championship and the team's historical qualification for 2020 Olympics, in Tokyo. He also wished them every success in continental and international competitions. Handball goalkeeper Mohammed Abdul Hussain expressed thanks and respect to the Minister of Information Affairs for his support to the sport activities and athletes at the ministry and presented him with a commemorative gift marking qualification of the National Handball Team for Tokyo Olympiad.
