Shura Chairman receives Indian ambassador

Manama, Jan. 20 (BNA): Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh received today outgoing Indian Ambassador to Bahrain Alok Kumar Sinha. They discussed deep-rooted historical relations between both countries and growing cooperation in various fields. The Shura Council Chairman praised the role of the Indian ambassador in boosting bilateral relations, wishing him every success in his diplomatic work. The Indian ambassador praised co-existence, peace, pluralism and tolerance characterizing the Bahraini community, expressing appreciation of the kingdom’s development.
