HM King congratulates HH Amir of Kuwait

Manama, Jan.28 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to the Amir of Kuwait His Highness Shaikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the 14th anniversary of his assumption of office.
