Bahrain supports all efforts to reach a just solution to Palestinian issue

Manama, Jan. 29 (BNA): Bahrain affirmed its firm position on the Palestinian issue and its support for all efforts aimed at reaching a just and comprehensive solution to this issue. This came referring to the announcement by the US President Donald Trump, of the "Peace Plan for Prosperity". The solution which leads to the restoration of all the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people and the establishment of an independent state like other people of the world. Foreign Affairs Ministry, while commending the United States for its determined efforts to advance the peace process, expressed its aspiration for the parties concerned to study the progress made by the US. Th ministry called to start direct negotiations between the two sides under American auspices to reach an agreement that meets the aspirations of the Palestinian and Israeli people in achieving a comprehensive and just peace between them, which leads to the establishment of an independent Palestinian state and supports security and peace in the region that benefits all of its states and people.
