Arab League chief receives Bahraini ambassador’s credentials

Cairo, Jan.30 (BNA): Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Aboul Gheith received Bahraini Ambassador Hesham Mohamed Hussain Aljowder, who submitted his credentials as Permanent Representative to the Arab League. The ambassador conveyed greetings from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa to the Secretary General, lauding Bahrain’s distinguished relations with the League. He also underline the vital role of the Arab League in promoting joint pan- Arab solidarity and cooperation. Aljowder expressed his delight at continuing the march of Bahraini representatives, stressing the Kingdom’s keenness on serving the goals and aspirations of the Arab nation. The Arab-League secretary-general and the ambassador discussed latest developments and the current Arab situation as well as the preparations for the upcoming Arab summit.
