HRH the Crown Prince meets the Chairman of Leonardo

Rome, Feb. 4 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander, and First Deputy Prime Minister, today met Mr. Giovanni De Gennaro, Chairman of Leonardo, on the sidelines of an official visit to the Italian Republic. HRH the Crown Prince reiterated the Kingdom’s determination to continue to work alongside its international partners to strengthen regional and global security, recognising that these partnerships continue to enhance Bahrain Defence Force’s military capabilities. HRH the Crown Prince noted that deploying emerging technologies across all military workstreams further ensures combat readiness. HRH the Crown Prince also expressed his appreciation for Leonardo’s participation in the Bahrain International Defence Exhibition & Conference (BIDEC). The meeting was also attended by a number of senior officials from HRH’s official delegation.
