Shura President hails Bahrain’s strides

Manama, Feb. 17(BNA): The National Action Charter (NAC) ushered in a phase of development, progress and prosperity for Bahrain and its people, said Shura Council President Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh. He hailed the national milestone which reflected the allegiance of the people of Bahrain to the wise leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa who initiated the reform project to meet people’ aspirations an achieve progress and properity for the loyal nation. He made the statement on the sidelines of the “Charter of Gold” ceremony, which was held this event under the auspices of HM the King marking the 19th anniversary of the National Action Charter (NAC). He commended the Government, chaired by His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa for pursuing strategies aimed at more development and progress in all fields. He paid tribute to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister for his unwavering support.
