NIHR Secretary General receives Bahraini, American parliament employees

Manama, Feb. 19 (BNA): National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR)’s Secretary-General Yasser Ghanem Shaheen, received employees of Representatives’ Council and the American Senate. The secretary-general reviewed NIHR’s most important achievements, noting its role in dealing with issues related to human rights in accordance with the law of their establishment at the local and international levels. He stressed that all the achievements are accomplished with the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for the human rights institutions in the Kingdom.
