SEA President granted honorary presidency of Bahrain Association for Tolerance and Religious Co-existence

Manama, Feb. 21 (BNA): President of the Sustainable Energy Authority (SEA) Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza received a delegation from Bahrain Association for Tolerance and Religious Co-existence, headed by Yusef Buzaboon. Dr. Mirza welcomed them, lauding the society’s activities. He was granted, during the meeting, the honorary presidency of the association and presented with a copy of the society’s book titled “Bahrain-the Land of Peace”. The audience reviewed the activities of the association which was set up in 2007 and has in its membership citizens and expats embracing different religions. Dr. Mirza presented a visual show on the renewable energy plans and projects, the competence of energy in the Kingdom of Bahrain and achievements brought about in this field in light of the government’s keenness on using clean energy. The Chairman and members of the Bahrain Association for Tolerance and Religious Co-existence expressed heartfelt thanks and respect to Dr. Mirza for the gracious welcome and hospitality and continuous support to initiatives aimed at serving Bahrain mainly in the field of sustainable energy.
