Foreign Ministry Undersecretary meets former Canadian PM

Manama, Mar. 4 (BNA): Foreign Affairs Ministry Undersecretary for International Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, received Canadian Prime Minister’s Special Envoy for Canada’s bid for a non-permanent seat on the UN Security Council and Former Prime Minister, Joe Clark. The undersecretary praised the close relations between Bahrain and Canada, stressing the common desire to develop cooperation in all aspects. Clark praised the advanced level of mutual relations, affirming his country’s keenness to enhance coordination in various fields, wishing the Kingdom further progress and prosperity.
