HM King sends condolences to UN Chief

Manama, Mar. 5 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa sent a cable of condolences to United Nations (UN) Secretary-General António Guterres on the death of former UN Secretary-General Javier Pérez de Cuéllar. HM the King paid homage to the deceased, commending his political role and strenuous contributions during his UN tenure to achieve international security and peace.
