Information Minister hails contributions to Feenah_Khair

Manama, Apr. 18(BNA): Information Affairs Minister Ali bin Mohammed Al-Romaihi extended thanks to all those who contributed to the success of the special programme aired on Bahrain TV as part of the Feenah_Khair campaign, which was launched by HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, National Security Advisor and Board of Trustees Chairman of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) in support of the national efforts to combat the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
“You have had the honor to contribute, through this ten-hour-long coverage, to serving the Kingdom of Bahrain”, he said in a phone intervention at the conclusion of the programme.
He also expressed thanks to all those who contributed to the campaign and all those soldiers behind the screen, stressing the role of the media in highlighting the efforts of those working in the front-line to combat the pandemic.
“No matter how much pressure we face under these exceptional circumstances, there are those who work round the clock, exposing themselves to danger”, he said, paying tribute to every citizen and resident who seeks to serve the Kingdom of Bahrain, from their respective fields.
“Work is continuing unabated during these exceptional circumstances, in light of the the royal directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa”, he said, paying tribute to His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier for their keen follow-up.
The minister concluded by saluting all people, adding that any contribution, however small, is great and appreciated, for the Kingdom of Bahrain deserves all the best.
