HM King issues Decree 21/2020

Manama, May 5 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, issued Decree 21/2020 restructuring Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB)’s Board of Directors. Under Article One, the board comprises Hassan Khalifa Al Jalahma as the Chairman and Rasheed Mohamad Al Maraj, Yousef Abdullah Humoud, Khaled Ibrahim Humaidan, Youssef Abdulhussain Khalaf, Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, and Ahmed Mohamed Buhejji as members. The board members are appointed for a renewable four-year term. The decree is effective from the date of its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
