Speaker pays tribute to HM the King

Manama, May 12(BNA): Council of Representatives Speaker Fawzia bint Abdulla Zainal hailed His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa’s address to the nation on the last ten days of the holy month of Ramadan. She described HM the King’s directives as a national work blueprint and hailed his keenness on reaching out to his people in all circumstances, lauding Bahrain’s ability to confront all crises. She hailed the royal address which represents a catalyst for more achievements, stressing the importance of concerted national efforts for a brighter future for the homeland. She lauded the royal tribute to loyal citizens who stand on the front-line in the fight against COVID-19, thus earning well-deserved honour from the King of Hearts. The Speaker hailed the strenuous efforts of the Government, chaired by His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa, lauding the National Taskforce for Combating COVID-19, led by led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister. She praised Bahrain’s positive results in combating the novel coronavirus, reiterating parliamentary unwavering support to all national efforts in the fight against the pandemic. She appreciated Bahrainis’ awareness and compliance with the precautionary measures.
