HM King; Egyptian President discuss efforts to combat COVID-19

Manama, May 12(BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa held a phone call today with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and discussed bilateral relations and outstanding joint cooperation, in addition to regional issues of common interest. HM the King and President el-Sisi also discussed their countries’ efforts to combat the novel coronavirus and agreed to coordinate and exchange best practices between competent agencies in charge of combating the pandemic and promoting health preventive measures.
