HRH Premier thanked by SCH President

Manama, June 18 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Khalifa has received a cable of thanks from the President of the Supreme Council of Health (SCH), Lieutenant-General Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, on designating the first Wednesday of November each year to mark the Bahraini Doctor’s Day, and allocating an award carrying his name to honour the distinguished Bahraini physicians in the therapeutic and medical research. The SCH President expressed deep pride in the great support received by the health sector from HRH the Prime Minister, in appreciation of the tremendous efforts the medical staff are exerting to protect the health and safety of the society, and in order to motivate them to double their efforts for the sake of improving the quality of the health services delivered to the citizens and residents. He underlined commitment to implementing HRH Premier’s sound directives to carry on the patriotic role of enhancing the health sector and highlighting tits achievements at the GCC, regional and international levels, praying to Allah the Almighty to bless HRH the Prime Minister with abundant health and happiness so as to bring about more achievements to the kingdom, under His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s leadership.
