HRH Premier receives Italian Ambassador

Manama, June 23 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at his palace in Riffa today, the newly-appointed Italian Ambassador to Bahrain, Paola Amadei. HRH Premier congratulated Ambassador Amadei on her appointment to her post, wishing her every success in carrying out her diplomatic duties so as to further bolster relations between two friendly countries. The Prime Minister affirmed the kingdom’s keenness to enhance its cooperation with Italy across various fields. The Italian envoy expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to HRH Premier for his support, and interest in boosting bilateral cooperation in various sectors. She also conveyed to HRH the Prime Minister the greetings and appreciation of the Italian government for the efforts he is making to enhance the level of cooperation between the two friendly countries.
